At United Foods PJSC, we are deeply committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency across all levels of our organization. In line with our core values and the applicable laws and standards in the United Arab Emirates, we have established the United Foods Ethics Helpline — a secure and confidential channel for reporting any concerns related to unethical behavior, misconduct, or breaches of internal policies.
Why we established the Ethics Helpline
The Ethics Helpline was launched following UAE anti-corruption regulations and global corporate governance best practices to:
● Strengthen transparency in business operations;
● Safeguard the interests of shareholders, employees, and business partners;
● Prevent corruption, fraud, and other forms of misconduct within the organization.
What is the Ethics Helpline?
The United Foods Ethics Helpline is a trusted system for:
● Collecting and processing whistleblower reports, especially concerning policy breaches or corruption-related incidents;
● Providing modern, anonymous reporting channels through phone and web platforms;
● Managing incidents through a robust case management system that supports risk assessment and timely resolution.
Who can report?
Reports can be made by:
● Current and former employees;
● Business partners and service providers;
● Contractors, suppliers, and other affi liated stakeholders;
● Any individual or legal entity representative with information related to United Foods or its associated entities.
What can be reported?
You are encouraged to report any issues involving:
● Breaches of United Foods’ Anti-Corruption Policy;
● Harassment, discrimination, or any form of workplace injustice;
● Misuse, misappropriation, or deliberate damage to company assets;
● Substance abuse in the workplace;
● Rights violations or abuse of authority by management;
● Any violation of United Foods’ Code of Ethics, internal policies, or applicable laws of the UAE.
Please note: The Ethics Helpline is not intended for customer complaints, personal disputes unrelated to United Foods, or issues outside the company’s operational scope.

Anonymity and confi dentiality are guaranteed
To ensure the highest level of confi dentiality, United Foods has engaged Ethicontrol, an independent third-party provider, to manage all reports. Ethicontrol does not collect identifying data and uses secure communication channels to protect your identity.
If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will not be disclosed under any circumstances without your explicit consent. All information is handled in accordance with UAE privacy and whistleblower protection laws.
Is it safe to report?
Yes. The Ethics Helpline is independently managed by Ethicontrol to ensure your confi dentiality and peace of mind. United Foods enforces a strict non-retaliation policy — employees who report concerns in good faith will be protected against retaliation or disciplinary action.
What happens after you submit a report?
1. Your report is securely transferred to United Foods’ Compliance Offi cer for initial review.
2. The report is evaluated for completeness and assigned to a case team for further investigation.
3. If additional information is needed, you may be contacted (anonymously if preferred) via the Web Feedback Room.
4. Within 30 days, you will receive updates about the case, next steps, or resolutions.
5. You can communicate with the case team, upload documents, and receive status notifi cations while maintaining full control over your contact preferences via the Web Feedback Room.
6. After resolution, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the response and share feedback on the handling of your report.
Service principles:
● All valid reports are registered and investigated.
● Each report is handled objectively by individuals not involved in the related issue.
● Confi rmed cases are escalated to United Foods’ senior management for action.
● Actions taken depend on the severity and nature of the misconduct.
● To keep the privacy and anonymity of all the stakeholders, the reporter may not know immediately about the existence of the investigation or its results.
● Confi dentiality is maintained throughout the process, and information is shared only as required by UAE law.
